With a renewed image, El Pabellón is presented as Iván Cerdeño 's spearhead in the capital.
The chef, with two Michelin stars to his credit, has developed the proposal for this unique gastronomic space with an indoor lounge and an outdoor terrace. An offer of dishes that pays tribute to seasonal cuisine, where quality produce is the protagonist in his comfort foodproposal.
In his menu you can find both versions of legendary recipes and formulas created for Florida Park with the tradition of Madrid as inspiration. And all of them have the identity and talent that characterise Cerdeño: subtle touches and the right counterpoint of flavour, achieved through contemporary techniques and carefully studied compositions.
Opening hours: Monday to Sunday from 12 noon to closing time. Kitchen from 12h to 16h and from 20h to 23h.
Valet parking service: Fridays and Saturdays from 20.30h.
Reservations
To make a reservation at El Pabellón please indicate the number of people, choose your date, in the table type section select "Salón" for the indoor area and "Terraza abajo" for the outdoor area and the time you prefer.
Bookings for Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays require a deposit of 20€ to be deducted from your final ticket.
If at the time you wish it is not possible to book in the drop-down menu, you can do so in another of our spaces: Covered Terrace (Gallery) or Kiosks.
Do not forget to indicate if you have any type of preference for your table (high or low) when making your reservation, as well as to inform us if you suffer from any type of food allergy or intolerance.
