Our cuisine is committed to local produce, seasonality and tradition with menus designed by our Gastronomic Director, Iván Cerdeño, awarded with two Michelin stars.

A range of dishes based on comfort food with versions of legendary recipes and fresher, more informal proposals inspired by Madrid's recipes.

Florida Park is divided into five areas, each with a different essence and gastronomic proposals for all tastes.

La Galería, with its tapas bar with glass windows overlooking the Retiro Park. La Terraza, where you can enjoy the best cocktails among the treetops. Los Kioskos, a street food street food consisting of six stalls with different offers and products to taste accompanied by flamenco concerts. El Pabellón, our star restaurant. And La Sala, a historic setting in Madrid where the Florida Dinner Show is held: a show that combines the best of a gastronomic evening with theatre and live music.

Dinner Show

Our dinner show is a unique bet in Madrid. Directed by Yllana, one of the best theatre companies in Spain, and with the gastronomic proposal ofMichelin-starredchef Iván Cerdeño.

An incredible experience in which, for around three hours, our artists make all those who wish to immerse themselves in a show full of music, acrobatics and performances full of humour and magic vibrate.

Our dinner show will be back with us very soon, as soon as the pandemic allows.

Flamenco music comes alive every weekend at the Florida Park Kiosks with live performances by our best artists.
